India mein kaafi tasty non-veg dishes hai aur kuch toh bahut hi famous hai. Chaliyen jaante hai thoda bahut aisi hi kuch non-veg dishes ke baarein mein.

Biryani, chawal aur meat (chicken ya mutton) ki banayi jaati hai. Biryani ki alag alag variety hai. India ke different states mein isse different tareekhe se banate hai, sabse famous hai Hyderabadi biryani.Chicken biryani

Mushhoor Hyderabadi Biryani:Hyderabad ki biryani puren India mein bahut mashhoor hai. Yeh biryani kaafi common hai Hyderabad ki parties mein. Isse dum biryani bhi kehte h, kyoki isse bahut aahista pakate h, jo ki dum pukht (slowly cooking) ka tareekha hai.

India ke alawa, biryani ko Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, aur Iraq mein bhi shauk se khaate hai.

Chicken korma mein chicken aur gravy hoti hai, isse roti ke saath khaate hai. Isse banane ke alag alag tareekhe hai, jissen isme alag alag taste aata hai.

Chicken korma ke alawa, Mutton Korma bhi hota hai jo ki chicken ki jagah mutton ka banta hai.

Butter chicken ka Jese ki naam hai, isse butter aur chicken ke saath banate hai, isse bhi roti ke saath khaate hai. Butter ki gravy ban jaati hai. Kundan Lal Gujral ne sabse pehli baar butter chicken banaya tha, 1950s mein, apne restaurant Moti Mahal ke liye.

Butter chicken ko Murg Makhani bhi kehte hai. Dal makhani aur Paneer makhani do aur dishes hai jo ki butter ki banti hai, dono veg aur tasty dishes hai.

Rogan josh (Rogan ghost) mein meat aur spicy gravy hoti hai. Isse roti ke saath khaate hai. Yeh Kashmir mein normally khayi jaati hai. Mutton rogan josh kaafi popular dish hai.

Chicken tikka banana kaafi aasaan h. Isko banane ke liye chicken ki hadiya alag karke, uske chhote chhote tikke karte hai. Tikka per masale aur makhan lagaker, fir usse seekh mein lagake angheethi per sekhte hai. Pakane k baad, chicken tikka ko chatni, salad aur rumali roti ke saath khaate hai.

Kadai chicken ko kadai (wok) mein banate hain. Isme chicken aur gravy hoti h, gravy mein spice aur sabziyo (vegetables) hoti h. Sabziyo mein zyadatar, tamater aur pyaaz ka istemaal karte hain. Isse roti ya naan k saath khaate hai. Kadia chicken north Indian restaurant mein kaafi common hai.
